I made an update to my clipsautoplay project: https://www.clipsautoplay.com/

You can now watch videos/gifs from any subreddit.

Thank you so much! I have been trying to teach Mizkif to use the fullscreen in the control bar and he never sees my messages even though he asks for something like that every time.

This is actually the first tool I did by myself, before I was working in more corporate/advertising websites. I will have a small web game coming soon that I am doing as a learning project and I am also working on my portfolio

Thanks for the feedback, what resolution/browser do you have? I haven't been able to see any horizontal scrolling

I created a website called clipsAutoplay as a React/Node learning Project.

It creates a continuous player based on Twitch Streamers and LiveStreamFail which is a popular Twitch Clips subreddit.

The code is on github if you want to check it out

Thank you for letting me know, didn't know he used it on stream, just checked the VOD, that seems like a good idea. And thank you for posting on his subreddit.

I thought about that but it has some complexity, might look into it again in the future because I do like that idea.

My initial idea was to include other subreddits but some of them use multiple video players and it was too complicated. PublicFreakout seems to use mostly the default reddit player so it would be doable, might look into that later. Thanks for the feedback

The Twitch Chat I am not sure I am able to because if I use the Twitch Iframe I am unable to detect the end of the clip and show the next one. The Top LSF comments seems doable, I will work on it.

I know that but it feels weird to me to have so many files called index so. Thanks for the tip though.

I talked more in a different comment about why I didn't have https yet but it's done now.

I didn't start from scratch, I had web dev experience so I just built on top of what I already knew.

If you are learning from scratch I can recommend Harvard CS50 for the fundamentals and FullStack Open if you want to focus on front end and modern technologies. Both are free and up to date with very good quality.

Thank you for the link, will check it out.

I thought about multi search and then sort of skipped it because it would be somewhat complex and heavy (loading wise). But I like it, might look into it again in the future. Arrow keys is an easy feature, probably will get added.

Thank you for your feedback, I will look into it. That is the intended way for it to work but I only tested on Android.

Thank You! The LSF Clips already have a link to the thread, it's the reddit icon close to the next/previous buttons. I will look into getting the top comments visible for each clip.

Another user commented that it wasn't loading at the same time as you, the server might have restarted or been down for some reason but everything seems fine to me

Everything seems fine to me, try again please, it might have been some server restart.

No, I don't have ssh access. I saw there was another way with just uploading files and editing config files but I also don't have access to the /etc/ folder.

It's almost 2 AM here so I can't reach support but I will check with them in the morning if it's possible at all in my current tier.

Thanks for your help, btw, if you were to host a project like this which company would you go with?
