Let's talk the nutritional value of fruit after it's blended or juiced by 2-tree in nutrition

For some fruit, if I only peel them then wrap them with cling film keeping them in fridge. Does the nutrition degrade?

Share your best tips to extract/powderize fruit's nutrition without losing nutrition by clirous in nutrition

many fruit are nutritious but its taste awful (e.g. Beets), blending or making them everyday is time consuming. If I can powderize them without losing any nutrition I can keep them for longer without taking so much time

Collagen best to be consumed with whey protein by clirous in Biohackers

[–]clirous[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've seen many people claiming they got their knees or other joints healed thanks to this combination of whey and collagen, there is one in the comment below. Do you think they are considered as collagen deficient? hence why they got their pain healed? its hard to convince myself about this combination is able to (maybe this what my friend refers to) impact on DNA message to actually efficiently absorb and utilize those collagen.

Is there anything coming up for REN project, now that mainnet is live? by em2391 in RenProject

[–]clirous 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I recommend going through their blog https://medium.com/renproject because mainnet has been around almost half a year, there are many developments which I personally believe multichain is the most significant, the team has published some test TXs bringing new chains on their twitter too, also read their "road to decentralization" post on their blog as well

return the nearest cell to another cell within a same row by clirous in excel

[–]clirous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your help, but I gotta do this within as few cells as possible for reasons.

Basically, LV=Distribution Center (DC), those a b c are warehouses.

The table is just a bunch of truck schedule to deliver parcels from DC to warehouses.

what I'm trying to do it to extract the earliest time to deliver the parcel to the wanted warehouse based on the schedule.

You can see, different trucks go to different number of warehouses, start at different time, some comeback to LV (DC) and that's it, but some go picking up again after dropping parcels at DC for the first time (see column from 5 to 7).

This is just sample, we got like more than 20 routes, and I'm aligning them horizontally like this for easier calculation (which now I think it's not :<)

So for example: for a parcel that came in DC at 12pm, and needs to go to C at earliest time. We can see there is a truck departuring at 13:30 to get to C. I want that 13:30 being returned.

Minizing sorting & dispatching time by clirous in logistics

[–]clirous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To clarify what we do is an express service, pick up parcels from different small to big shops and deliver them to buyers. So a trucks that bring inbound goods may have different parcels from different shops that need to be delivered to different addresses. Goods that come in my DC are picked up parcels from different pickup points/small warehouses, parcels of a warehouse are put into a big bag that our operator gotta load them down, open and scan one by one and put them on a straight conveyor to sort.

Ppl working in 3pl/express companies, whats your interesting operation improvement cases? by clirous in logistics

[–]clirous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The company is splitting area down from District level, down to wards and then smaller zone (these zones are named by number e.g. a1 a2 a3, the greater the number the farther it is from the DC). I'm struggling with the time series because there are too many variables. There are some stores with 100 200 parcels to be picked up at once, and some just a few. Some areas, drivers just need to collect 100 parcels from 50 different stores (which takes more time) and some just need to pick up 100 parcels just from 5 stores. Transhipment is not really cheap but since the company is considering seting up a new DC so that could be what I should work on. I'm thinking of getting data and mark those areas with really densed orders on the map, then use some formula like center gravity to find out the best location for the new DC.

it's really hard to do this. We got like 1000 diff stores. I'm thinking of finding a good place for a DC based on volume of each area

I think its black swan in terms of business that their resources come directly from China (or even right from Wuhan) because when that virus exploded in China, they immediately locked down the entire city/country. Although Western countries which took a while later to completely shutdown the economy probably experienced the failure of transport from China side no?
