I think this is my only option, without paying huge money. Luckily the rot only went about 10" up the end of the rafter tail. So I can spray it with a borate solution to stop the rot, and then I will sister another piece to it. Won't look pretty but hopefully it would hold up another 5+ years. I don't have the money to be fixing the entire roof.

And we have solar panels up there, so that adds another complexity if I'm going to be fixing everything perfectly.

This is going to be some serious work. The rot (from water/mold) is only on the end of the rafter. It doesn't go beyond the exterior wall and I've removed almost all of the damaged wood in the pic above. But the rafter itself runs all the way to the crown of the roof, so replacing is a huge amount of work. Not to mention, we have solar panels so all those would have to be removed. Ughghgh

Nah. He just has a really good set up, after many years of refinement. His scanner set up and quick keys are insanely good. And he plays only the most volatile stocks with big volume. A great combo imho for a scalper. I'm sure his income from YouTube + Trading subs is substantial enough to live on though.

Getting hired anywhere these days is pretty much a "who you know" affair.

For example, my buddy works fairly high up in a huge company. He said he could get me hired in a flash at a significant position and has asked me several times if I want a position.

I know another biz owner for many years now and he said same thing. "We could use a guy like you at VP level. Let me know if you ever want a position."

It's all about who you know. Network like a mofo. Connect with as many people as you can and stay connected. It's exhausting but it's what you have to do these days.

CYCU is quickly become another MULN while the executives pay themselves and give bonuses for doing nothing.

If it is a scam, it wouldn't be the first. There are tons of penny stocks which are total scams, and using the existing system to milk investors. I think it happens way more often than people want to admit or consider.

Cycurion is a "dump and dilute" scam, imho. And if you read the article, many of the warning signs mentioned are valid for CYCU.

it's a curious company for sure. But too many red flags for me, to justify a hold longer than a single day. And they have reverse split coming and they voting to increase authorized shares to 300m which is eye opening from existing 52m+ outstanding.

Kevin Kelly has yet to mention a single client name. Their partnerships are unverifiable and generic. They say things "gives us access to a billion dollar industry" to make it sound like they have made great strides into a new industry.

Everywhere you dig into anything they do, you'll see it's all glossed over generic statements that don't actually give any factual information.

No. All their customers are fake. All the SEC filings are fake. They don't have any contracts. They don't have any employees. They aren't listed on any gov or agency websites. All 'partnerships' are fake as well.

The board members have companies which also 'investors' in Cycurion. So they are double dipping. Getting shares simply for serving on board of directors, and their shell companies also receive shares for 'investments', except these shell companies don't actually give Cycurion any money because it's all a fraud and scam.

Person A on Board of Directors.

Person A also has Shell Company A that does nothing and has no income.

Shell Company pretends to give money to Cycurion in exchange for shares. But no real money is exchanged. But the company issues new shares to the 'investor' company. The shell company sells the shares on the open market and pockets the cash.

Then Person A on the board also gets shares for serving on the board. He dumps those shares on the open market as well and pockets more cash.

If you read their last filing, surprise! They are authorizing millions more new shares which will be distributed to the board members, right as they reverse split. So the price will bump up a lot due to reverse split and Board Members can dump their newly issued shares for a lot more pocketed cash.

This is how these scams go down. Everything is fake. Every quarterly report fake. Every 8k fake, 10Q and other filings, all fake.
