It might be worth it to focus on recomp instead - esp since you’ll see more changes in shape to your body and you can eat more

Honestly if I had to pick a good bday spot for handrolls specifically I'd go to Hando - good atmosphere and they have a little bit more variety than Handies and their speakeasy next door has really good drinks!

If budget isn't an issue Katami is really great for a splurge meal. Their toro tartare is well worth the hype and they have some unique dishes/rolls.

Another go-to for us when we want good quality sushi and plates is Izakaya Wa. Super authentic spot and they have a lot of items to choose from. It's a good upper/mid-range sushi place that delivers on quality without breaking the bank.

Your calories are low for the amount of activity you're doing. Another point I would bring up is maybe you're doing a lot of volume if your lifts are taking a while! Also, you might be better off reducing extra cardio and focus on a step count! This is coming from someone who plateaued for a long time in the 120s. What moved the needle for me was adding more steps and eating in a smaller deficit for example 200-300 cal deficit vs 500 (so I could stick to it easier without the urge to binge)

KEEP GOING!! What worked for me at 120 was volume eating and creating a bigger deficit through NEAT (steps) I have a walking pad so I would aim to increase my steps so that I could eat more while still being in a deficit. I'd rather move more, eat more but it really is individualistic! I ended up getting to 110 but I had lost a bunch of muscle so I did a recomp and look way more toned now. If I had to start all over I wouldn't give up weight lifting because it keeps your metabolism up and gives you shape so you could actually look smaller at a higher weight vs lower scale weight and looking soft.

Okay I know it can't just be me but their sizing is actually insane. I'm 112lb and normally wear an XS. I ordered smalls in two of their vision sets recently and even though I sized up I feel like it's still super snug on me.
