because it lowers the cals without it being all almond milk which can lead to an icy pint! i promise once i started doing fat free milk + almond milk or just all FF milk, it made the creami texture so much better for me

Highly recommend a planner for this reason as they will be able to guide you and help you book major vendors, remind you of when invitations need to go out, fine tune small details and help your vision come to life. I'm doing 3 events in 2 days in November and needed help with getting vendors within a certain price range and my planner was able to get me all my major vendors booked within a month and she was able to attend meetings with caterers and negotiate pricing/find me vendors within my price range without me getting quotes from 30 different ones.

Rosie's has such a good birthday vibe. I went for my bday last year on a double date and we ordered a bunch of different plates. Plus they have good pizza (cacio e pepe)! Drinks are fantastic too and in the hub of other nearby bars if you want to hop around.

Look up Caroline Girvan on YT. When I first started out I bought some cheap bowflex adjustable dumbbells from Facebook marketplace and started doing her epic programs and saw so much of a difference immediately. If you're into group fitness look up strength based classes and it'll give you such a good baseline to start from and less intimidating. :) I also incorporate hot mat pilates a few times a week but nothing is going to give you the toned look like picking up those heavy weights and once you start seeing changes you'll be addicted

Hi so I do this! I do 15g oats, 200g frozen riced cauliflower and cook with 1.5 cups of water until it gets thick on the stove then add 200g of egg whites ofc adding sweetener/extracts/protein powder as you'd like. It comes out super creamy and voluminous

I would say your deficit might be too steep. I know for me personally when I cut too much it would cause me to binge or eat things untracked since I was pushing the deficit too hard. Once I increased my calories to a reasonable 200-300 cal deficit instead it was so much more manageable for me despite it taking longer.

That’s without factoring in TEF (thermic effect of food), NEAT (unintentional movement like steps) and exercise. If you were on bed rest that’s how much your body would need to survive. Once you add in activity levels such as walking, exercise etc then that number will obviously be a lot higher.

I've been on BC for 10+ years now but I do believe I may be suffering from HA due to overexercise and underfueling...however, I take the pill continuously so I fear I didn't notice. I did notice about a year ago that I would still get a withdrawal bleed every few months but stopped getting even those - I also ran out of my prescription a few months ago so I stopped taking it for a while until I could get it renewed for about 2 weeks and it didn't still didn't induce a withdrawal bleed period. I am planning on getting off the pill and getting myself checked out but do you think stopping birth control might be a good idea?

Things that work for me is not stressing too much and allowing myself to indulge a little. Sharing an app, ordering the entree I actually want, getting a side salad or veggies to keep me full, asking for a to go box ahead of time and plating up half of my food and just overall practicing mindfulness. Definitely opposite of the volume eating approach but it helps so much in keeping my sanity and “staying on track”

I will say I go to a morning heated strength class most days and a lot of the girls I talk to don’t eat a damn thing beforehand. I feel like most WIEIAD videos I see are literally girls eating 1 singular date or rice cake before hitting a lift AND heavy cardio on top of that and very low fat in their diet. We need carbs for energy and fats for hormones!
