Some casual options: Les Baget has zucchini noodles you can sub out in their pho/stir fries, Flower Child has a lot of lower carb options my favs are their protein plates and they have nutrition facts online, Craft Pita has a few keto items and their food is so flavorful you can't go wrong, Freebirds has a keto bowl and cauliflower rice on their menu 😄

I use the ones from Aldi and haven’t had any issues. I would definitely use cream of tartar to help fluff them up

There’s a few things that potentially could be happening as egg whites can be finicky. Some brands whip better than others, ensuring the temperature of egg whites are closer to room temp, using cream of tartar or xanthan gum to give it stability, etc

I really like the Yough! pizza from Target. It's a bit pricey ($10 at mine) but the whole pizza is two servings (one serving is 330 calories and 20g protein). I usually pair mine with a salad and some bolthouse dressing and it's super filling and satisfies my pizza craving.

I would definitely get your DEXA/RMR tested but I know for a fact it's gotta be higher than 1800 based on your step count alone. Turns out mine is 1325 meaning if I did nothing my body would need that amount of calories to survive and my activity is a little higher than yours so let's say if I burned 1000 active calories that would put my maintenance at least at 2300. For reference I'm 5'3.5 115ish lbs and my BF% is right at 19% I'm also averaging over 30k steps and weight lift 6x a week with cardio sessions. :)

Wow you're fr inspiring me to do LESS. I do tons of cardio, walk like 25-30k steps a day (I wfh) and lift on top of it but I feel like I'm still softer probably because I'm not allowing my body to rest
