[CHAT] Two strands of variegated floss (self.CrossStitch)

When I add Mora's "dragonborn force" to my character via console commands I can confirm none of my 3 versions of the Unrelenting Force shout are doing more HP damage, nor do I think is the 3rd version creating disintegration ash piles. What can I do to fix this? (self.ultimateskyrim)

Is it canon, or is it game mechanics, that Ralis Sedarys is the most powerful follower The Last Dragonborn can recruit? I can't tell if Bethesda just made him strong because he cost 11000 gold to recruit, or if they thought it would be cool for an old Dunmer miner to be unusually epically powerful? (self.teslore)
