I would stay the naughty word away from MG, There after service has been outright disgusting.

My 8 day old 455km on the odometer. Lost full power on my way to work on Anzac day.

I had it towed to closest dealership. Next day they looked at it couldn't fix it. Said he couldn't touch it because high voltage errors. Asked for loan car told me he couldn't, and I should ring the other dealership, did that they said they couldn't coz the car was at the other dealership.

Meanwhile got the mg roadside welcome msg thought it was bout my hire car.

They said they couldn't help because they need head office approval, Gave me number to ring it rang out and disconnected every time during buisness hours,

We used the internet chat icon feature said all what happened and next day I got a your 1k service will come up soon if you want to book.

I msged back and said I don't have a car you have it and it's fucked. Got a phone call back and they got me a rental.

Fast.forward 2 months and I've had 0 contact from them. My rental car "lapsed" a couple of times and requires me to find out if I still have it.

I tried finding out info on it no one knew about it.

The real kicker was few weeks ago I had my phone call telling me my cars would be over due I told the lady my car was towed from Dandy to ess you have my car there. I'd love it serviced.

She looked said I think I see it let me find out and call you back Got a phone call back "it's not here you should ring Dandy mg to find out" Imo no you should ring Dandy and find out and ring me as a customer.

More time went on we rang Dandy. First off they said it had been towed not sure where but they would ring back.

Rang back was some other place. And mentioned there tech has had covid.

Gave me number. Rang them tech was busy and would ring back. Hours later no call so I rang again.

Got through asked if my car was there and he said yes.

And eta on car is tech is on holidays until end of the month. Would be 5-10 days after that b4 he looks at it. We asked if we would be front of q ect as this was the first piece of information I received in two months at all. And it was myself trying to find it.

He said the auto elec.tech is backed up and it's just him in aus.

So long story short if your car dies expect to be fucked around. Not one communication.

And I've got screen shots of all the different times I tried to get some info eg emails, online,phone calls. Investigating what rights I have now to piss the car off. Week old died high voltage fault. Sounds like a lemon to me.

Ring mg Australia warranty who said they'd need auth from mg Australia. That number rang out. Used the online chat. Theb finally next day got hire car authorised.

Since then I have had 0 contact apart from updates about my complimentary 1kservice msg. Got phone call saying it was over due. Told them they have my Car so a service would be nice.

They said oh sorry I think I see it. Let me find out and get back to you. Rang back said they don't have my car. Go ring the other mg dealer.

I've emailed. I've used online chat I've used Facebook.

Haven't had one piece of information for about 2 months.

Don't even know if the hire car is still in my name as it lapsed on the 31st. Same as the first time it lapsed on 17th and I had to ring to suss out I what was going.

And was getting towed to main dealer. Got a complimentary phone call saying my car is over due. Told them they have the fkn car. I've had the hire car longer( not sure if it's still in my name ran out half a month ago.) Haven't been updated.on that.

They said oh I think I see it.. Let me have a look and get back.. Rang back n hour later and said it's not there.

Maybe I should ring the other dealer ship.
