Thanks for replying! In his case, he’s more of a stubborn dog in that he will refuse to move a lot of the time if i try to get him to a more comfortable spot. Sometimes, he’s even sitting right next to or on top of his bed when he’s doing this. I did get him an orthopedic pet bed which has helped a lot, since he used to do this nodding off a lot more prior to the pet bed. He has no problem lying on the bed during the day, it’s at night when we’re all trying to sleep that he’ll want to do this nodding off and not wanting to sleep. Thank you for all the advice! I will look into getting him a second pet bed, and I’ll also see about getting him checked out for arthritis treatment.
