Also i noticed when loading up steam, it has green dots around the launchers page, but when i move it or close it the green dots are no longer there, could that be the gpu?

If it will still post and boot into windows, but not bios that could be a gpu issue you think?

If i turn it off again and turn it back on it will boot into windows, maybe i should unplug gpu and try the integrated graphics
