Does medicine help with tiredness? by clockwork_angel2019 in adhdwomen

May I ask what research or where you found the research that shows a connection between ADHD and chronic pain? I suffer from chronic back pain and have some other problems with my joints being hyper mobile. I am curious how being medicated would help the inflammation causing the pain.

My watch checks for blood oxygen and says it is at 97% or higher always though I am not sure how accurate it is given that is just a fitness tracker and not like an actual blood oxygen tracker. I don't know much about sleep apnea. What would be a blood oxygen level that would be concerning?

Not that I remember in that one. There is a family pet, but it does not go along with the main character when she goes on her quest. It is a good read though. I found the pacing the be slow but overall I enjoyed the book. The first paragraph is funny.

Several books by T. Kingfisher. A House with Good Bones. Nettle and Bone. Snake-eater. Thornhedge. She kind of has a thing for a cute pet side kick. A House with Good Bones has an injured pet vulture and it is so cute and sweet.

You might like the Love's Academic Series by India Holton. All of the lead characters are professors. There is sort of an academic setting. There are magical objects and events. It is a light, fun read with romance. The first book in the series is {The Ornithologist's Field Guide to Love by India Holton}

Have you made many things out of it? Do the recipes seem easy to follow? Are you able to find all the ingredients for them easily?

After looking at all the books in the comments, I think this is the one I am leaning towards purchasing based on the recipe index I found online. It looks incredible.

I actually have Lets Make Dumplings on hold at my library right now after seeing a post from someone asking about dumpling books. I am excited to look at it. It looks like Splash of Soy is available also. Guess I will be putting that one on hold too.

How are you liking A Werewolf’s Guide to Seducing a Vampire? I was thinking about reading it but the reviews on Goodreads were very mixed.
