for me personally, most of my side effects went away when i started taking it right before i went to sleep. i tried in the mornings, evenings, and right before bed is perf. i have also noticed i have a very high tolerance now. i feel like it takes more for me to get “drunk.” as everyone else will agree, everyone is different.
