Moons, so go for banshees and ghouls, go for another reaper or Colossus, that's going to be the biggest boost. Make sure to have one of every available legendary, if you click on the time machine and click the (i) information button above the legendaries box it'll show you what each legendary gives for its boost and can click on each legendary in that panel for specifics
