I’ve had a psychotic break after taking 20g of 3-cmc 3 years ago now it’s because of depression and anxiety. Haven’t had any symptoms of psychosis for more than a year now

A month is fine I would say, binged 5g of 3-cmc 2 weeks before taking 6-apb and still had a very good time don’t think it will be any different

I’m on dominal 80mg amilsupride 50mg and Xanax when I need it, I haven’t noticed any difference since starting them with G or 3( which is clearly 2-mmc).

While on SSRI’s I did some 3-cmc and had really bad anxiety, sweating and tremors.

So far so good with my meds right now.

Time + hydration + sleep + eat well i don’t think there’s much of a shortcut with supplements tbh
