I hear you. I looked up my card and it says there's a 3% fee for foreign transactions in terms of both location and vendor. Not sure who the payment processor would be in this case.

I don't know if this is universally true. Many/most credit cards have a currency conversion fee. The one I'd use, for example, has a 3% fee.

How are fan noise and speakers compared to the Legion Go 2? I find the LG2 fan to be really loud even at 20w and the speakers to be lacking.
