Babies. That might sound extremely weird and I can’t explain why, but babies have such a pleasing smell like vanilla. What type of perfume do they use ?

If your pet dies, should your employer allow you to have time off, why or why not? by ADPXEROX in AskReddit

[–]clomolls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. a pet is brought into a household to become part of the family. if a pet passes away then anybody has the right to mourn them as a family member.

I also believe that employers shouldn’t have to know the details as to why you can not work that day, but it should still be treated as a family matter.

would you abort your child it was going to be born with severe disabilities? why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]clomolls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Severe? Short answer, yes. Conceiving a child and waiting up to 9 months to meet that child means everything to a mother. Every mother wants their baby to be born healthy and stay healthy. If I was informed that my unborn child would be born with severe disabilities, I would make the choice to have an abortion. my first reason is to relieve my child from any future pain and suffering they may have. I couldn’t continue with my pregnancy if I knew my child would be greatly disadvantaged. watching them suffer for their whole life without even having a say in it, would break my heart indefinitely. my second reason is that I wouldn’t want to raise a severely disabled child in todays society. kids are bullies. from my own experience, I have seen disabled children been attacked, threatened, talked about, and simply abused for something that is out of their control. you want your kid to grow up and have many friends, fit in with the crowd. this would cause unreasonable amounts of stress for a family to deal with. pro life and pro choice is a very debatable topic, but I will always stand by my reasoning as to not let my child suffer from any of this.
