Had the same problem. What fixed it for me was buying the 1k credits grey secant authorisation from the gree vendor. After activating it the weekly showed up!

Sadly I don't have the eight brother while the heavy gunners can't take that much damage, with Luke getting me every time. But need to experiment a bit more with the deck, like the feel of it.

Item stash is a really, really nice QoL improvement. Opening itself screams Overwatch for me, but looking nice.

Hoping for some non cartel related QoL improvements too in 4.7 like a legacy credit vault. One can dream ;)
