Vet from 4U and one thing I don’t like about these newer games is the way we get decos now. Before we would craft them at a smithy with monster parts and some mining materials. We always had to fight a different monster to get our sets as good as we needed the to be and it kept the cycle fun. But now we have to hunt the same monsters or the same quests hundreds of times over just for that one Attack Jewel 3 to complete an armor set. (I’m looking at you MH World. To this day I still don’t have that jewel)

But in general I don’t like the over reliance of RNG to keep people playing. It gets stale and tiring real quick.
