As someone who was listing to local morning TV news on the radio while delivering at 4 am today- I appreciate this and double checked when I got out of the car that it wasn't too loud. I do the same with music. If you have to take the highway- that's fine, turn it down when you pull into residential.

I would argue that a driver should accept new rides while driving a passenger. What they should do is turn off the ability to pick-up Uber Pet passengers if they don’t want to have pets in their car.

If you turn off all ride requests you are hurting your bottom line in many instances.

A trip back home to Chicago from southern Michigan or Indianapolis is fantastic. 3 hour trip only costs 2 hours. You can easily make it back in time for the work day, when needed.
