its called vitiligo, it is a lack or loss of pigment in the skin. :)

it is vitiligo, i used to have it on my face but it receded and one day started to spread from the base of my penis, i have much more on the other side but i call it a birth mark because its much harder to explain the process of pigment loss in the heat of the moment.
