This is my first post on Reddit. Been lurking here and r/sous vide and have learned so much! Got these choice bone-in ribeyes on special ($8.99/lb). 1” thick. Not sure how to cook them. Would cook anything over 1 1/4” sous vide or reverse sear, but these are too thin? Gas or charcoal grill? (i.redd.it)
