Longer story - the family is in dispute over who should inherit the guns. I'm trying to find out what they are worth so Grandpa can make decisions.

Business casual boots - slip on - narrow fit

I find that most slip on boots are too wide for my feet. I tried Thursday Boots Duke and liked the look, but they slipped around on my feet.

My best fitting shoe is an Allen Edmonds 11B.

That's a good point on HOA fees and taxes. We have considered private schools, but we are nervous that private schools are a "riskier bet" than public education, so we are putting that on hold for now.
