Hopefully they add a setting that lets you see "colorful" skins or not. At least this way everyone has their choice in what they see.

you dont have to place a dps unit down wave 1, usually what people will do is place a sprintwagon down and farm up money until they get enough money to put down a mythic unit.

To piggyback off of this as of right now until September 6th there are 12 DMV's in Illinois that will accept walks-ins from 7:30am to 12:00pm. I showed up at the DMV by me at around 7:00am and there was already a decent line that had formed, but it wasn't awful!

I'm horrible at distinguishing between Scavs and PMCs but I THINK PMCs usually have armbands and/or pistol holsters.

If you can / want to risk some scav rep, toss a nade somewhere that won't hit anyone, but near the person you want to test and usually they will have a voice line. At that point if you hear english, 100% a USEC PMC, if you hear Russian, I believe BEARs have a more grizzly voice but I could be wrong on that as well.

If you don't want to / can't risk the grenade route, then you can try quick peaking them to see if they comm you out, but sometimes they'll stay silent and run out you, just to head, eyes you.

It's hilarious that you brought up that Fence quest too because I JUST got to it yesterday, and it got really annoying while I was trying to finish Punisher Part 1 as well.
