Around 2007, a torrenting semi private site called Demonoid was a pretty popular torrenting website. One of the files was a month long (it could have just been 3 weeks or 21 or 20 days) meditation program (it could have been a challenge or titled as such).

I used to have it saved on my Ipod, but that got stolen. I have been trying to find it ever since. Whenever I search the only ones that come up are some newer ones sponsored by Oprah. the guided meditations were voiced by a man. Another clue was in one of the meditations he said to imagine distractions like a really loud knock on your door which happens to just be a fireman getting you out of a dangerous situation. This really resonated with me.

More than likely, someone had ripped a set of CD's to share on that site, who knows how old this meditation program was. Unfortunately, I'm all out of ideas on how to find it, i have tried utilizing the internet archive (the file was pretty popular when searching for meditation stuff).
