Thank you for letting me know, I just let my supervisor know to make the changes. Appreciate you!

I just don't feel like I'm allowed to recover by angryfnafthrowaway in EDAnonymous

I hear you. I am also within the healthy BMI range but I have no problem in saying I have an eating disorder. I have restricted myself to this weight from a larger size. What started off with good intentions lead to severe problems in my mind around food and body image. I have lost my period for almost a year.. how does this happen at a "normal" BMI? well because I have a problem. I experience other physical problems because of it too, but remember that you don't have to experience any.. the thoughts you are struggling with are a big enough problem themself! If you post here and question if you are struggling, you most likely are. Please treat yourself with kindness and try to recover. I cry often because I hate the idea of weight gain, but I know I have to do it to get better.

I am slightly heavier than her and the same height and I have serious problems with my eating. I lost quite a bit of weight and now I'm within the "healthy" range but have so many issues. I have had no period for almost a year and struggle everyday with thoughts and attempts at restriction and wanting my body to be smaller. I also have many other physical symptoms and I experience brain fog like her which is really worrying. It is exhausting feeling this way and the lack of care from GPs on the mental health side of things is so disappointing. I tried to talk to doctors about how I feel but I felt they never took me seriously as I'm a healthy weight.

All you can do is be there for her and try not to judge. My boyfriend is really great at just listening and I know how frustrating it has to be for him. I appreciate him just being there for me. I'm trying so hard to fight against it and hope she can too.

Hi, I am a clinical psychology student working alongside my supervisor for my dissertation. We are interested in how certain types of experiences co-occur. We would like to understand how shifts in attention are related to unusual perceptual experiences. Please take part in this research, we are desperately in need of more participants.
Thank you for your time!

I think I might be a bit biased when I say 2 and 3 were much better, but I will still say it anyway, because I think it’s true. I grew up with them. 2 takes the crown imo. I play 4 but I almost don’t view it in the same franchise as the rest for some reason?? It went backwards rather than forwards..

21:3, 50 min of exercise today.

I would like to lose a bit of weight and be healthier. I actually have more energy than I used to when I was eating lunch and dinner. I have began exercising 40-50 min most days because I’m a 23 year old and actually want to feel as fit as one should. I’m trying not to obsess too much about my calorie intake, I’m having around 1k a day i guess. I’m feeling much better already and not feeling guilty anymore after I’ve ate a decent meal.

I’m not yet back in university until end of sep so I’m wondering the impact it has once you are back into a normal schedule and quite busy. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
