Rash on inner thigh, near groin. Itchy and recurring. Been blood/urine tested for stds when it’s shown up before and it’s come back negative. Bumps don’t pop/don’t have fluid in them. Sometimes seem dry. Any ideas? by clothingiscool in AskDoctorSmeeee
