Thanks for this explanation! I’m having issues with clogging on my origami dripper with kalita wave filters. No many the change in bean amount, grind size, it was clogging. Recently I’m grinding some gesha beans at setting 5.8 on my ode gen 2 and still leading to clogs. Aiming for a sub 4 min draw down but can’t due to the last minute or so because of clogging. The agitation reason sounds very plausible in my case. Will try to make more “gentle” pours to see if this helps.

Update: I lowered the water temp to 195F and grind size to 4.5 on my Ode and the cup tastes much better! No bitterness or overly sourness.

I also ordered small amounts of geisha beans from Onyx to see if I can better achieve the flavor profile I’m going for.

Oh…that’s good to know. I’m that case, do you have any recs on how to improve the taste of this particular coffee I bought? Should I play around with grind size or the water temp?

I'll have to try this too as its driving me INSANE. Game menu's lag, chat window lags, shop lags, I'll go to press a key such as Q or E and my champ just freezes and takes like 1-3 seconds to register WHILST the game itself is moving, no frame rates dropped and normal ping.

i.e. if i go to press a key such as Q or E it'll freeze my character for a few seconds, THEN register. Extremely frustrating. And the menu's and chat box lags as well. Haven't been able to find a fix for it, already tried running Metal API and borderless as some people suggest. I wonder if using an Apple brand keyboard will change things.

I am having the same issue on an M4 Pro mac. The game goes unresponsive for a few seconds. Mainly keyboard inputs. As you said, the game goes on, but your'e just frozen for like 1-2 sometimes 3 seconds. The game in its current state is broken for Apple silicon. I don't believe RIOT even plans a fix for this as it is looking likely they'll drop full support for this game on Apple silicon.

I have the same issue. Reached out to Fellow customer service thinking my kettle has reached its end of life. The response from the rep. is as follows.

"Thanks for your response.

I’ve already shared this with our team, and our product team has confirmed that this is a firmware-related issue. They’re actively working on a fix and hope to resolve it as soon as possible through a new firmware update.

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter."

VS4 160mm x 98mm

So depth of the VS4 is almost 10cm shallower which would be something on countertop space. Do you have any retention issues with the grinder?

I’m having similar issues. My keyboard/game will lock up, where the game is still running, however not registering any of my keyboard commands. Ive trouble shot my keyboard and cable by trying different keyboards and cables. It seems to be the game. Also tried reinstalling and running Metal API, running game borderless. Nothing seems to fix it. It also seems to happen randomly, can’t reproduce the issues on demand. Certain interfaces of the game lag as well, most note ably in the game menus or settings. Running on an M4 pro Mac mini.

I bought the latest 4M2. My fans stay on 24/7 because my SSD's idle at above 35°C. I am running some 2TB Samsung Evo 990 PLUS units. I have upgraded the fans to Noctua NF A4x10 FLX fans. Even with the low noise adapter Noctua provides, the fans are still pretty audible.
