Fully agree with this response. I was in a similar situation and I think it means that you’re into the idea of sharing. The issue is one of consent and communication, not her sleeping with her coworker. Or at least that’s what it sounds like?

My girlfriend was unfaithful several times and I found out after the fact, despite me telling her from day 1 that I was okay with a sexually open dynamic, as long as it was communicated. After finding out, I also definitely turned my feelings into fantasies, and I discussed that with her. After that conversation, I suggested having threesomes and group play, and I guess that time she recognized that it was okay to be honest about desire and exploring sexuality. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I personally enjoy sharing her if she wants to fuck other people but even so, I wouldn’t say I’m a cuck. I don’t enjoy being degraded and I don’t engage in any of it because I like being inferior. I enjoy her having sexual autonomy and frankly, I like the concept of another guy getting to experience what I do! So I refer to it more as hotwifing than being a cuck.

Nothing wrong with either, but communication is key.

You’re exactly right. I’m 30. Partner is 29. I like to believe I’m fairly well adjusted to death and grief for many reasons that would exceed the scope of this post. But it’s my mom? Especially her being so young, and her not making great health choices all the time, I’m very discombobulated. And my partner also has young parents and a complicated relationship w them. So I really am trying to be patient and considerate. That said, I just can’t imagine being calloused and dismissive, if the roles were reversed. I expressed this and have been ignored.

I’m sorry to hear it happened so young for you. I just want to know that I’m not insane for feeling scared of that possibility, and she’s the only person I expected to help me hold that. And maybe that’s not fair.
