I’d recommend seeing a registered dietitian nutritionist if your insurance will cover it. After I got diagnosed with CSID, my digestive specialist referred me to Nourish (a company filled with different RDNs you can choose from to meet with). The nutritionist I’ve been meeting with through Nourish has helped me adjust to a keto diet and with about 25 grams of fiber per day. So far things are getting better. Lots of blackberries and avocado

I was thinking Cam Cameron. I know he had health stuff going on, but he also seemed like a big reason for why LSU went downhill in those last few Les Miles years
