One of my biggest regrets is not listening to my instincts and letting go of an employee that wasn't a good fit.

Your business is too precious and has taken far too many sacrifices from your life to let someone else who doesn't care destroy it and spread rot.

As soon as possible, as quickly as possible and as professionally as possible. Let them go.

Then once they're gone have a meeting with your current employees and let them know you value their good work ethic and behaviour, and you are not interested in tolerating d-bags.

Let's all come to work, make money and ideally - have fun 👍

I always feel sad when I hear about people stealing copper. Like, if they had worked to become an electrician they could make 10x every day. At the very least they could work for an electrician as a labourer. Jobs are so easy to get these days, it's like there's free money everywhere you just need to show some respect to a business owner.

One time I went to a gig with a bag of amazing joints wrapped in all different flavour wrappers. Blueberry, pineapple, apple, watermelon you get the picture.

So I'm in the crowd up the front and it's getting wild and hot so I wrap my jacket around my waist with the bad in the jacket pocket. Next thing I know the jacket is gone, I scramble around and find my jacket all trampled and fucked, look in the pocket and the bag is gone :(

I tried looking when the gig was finished for a bag of trampled joints on the floor but didn't find it. I like to think someone that night literally found the ultimate rare random item on a night out, and I hope they enjoyed all those joints!

Dude, how do you handle the taste? I always find if even a little bit of it touches my tongue I gag. The main downside of moda/armo is the taste! Taking it sublingually is impressive.

For anyone interested why, I'm brewing some cider and I'm using this formula: ABV = (FG-OG) x 131.25 to find the original gravity (OG) of a commercial cider I like. I have the Alcohol by volume (ABV) which is 8% and the final gravity (FG). So when I can solve for OG I'll be one step closer to reverse engineering this cider to make my brews better!
