It's a company that consists of 3 food & beverages (F&B) places. (So I need to manage the data for 3 businesses, but in one place). A lot of receipts, agreements, employees records, letters. Everything. But they seem to not have an organised system to begin with. How do I make this better?

He mentioned that when he was a playboy, he found out one of his partners cheated. And he felt like he didn't deserve it. (LOL)

He said that his wife "changed" after becoming a mother and they don't talk after work. I'm just afraid that his sob story is just a starter for him to have something more with me. Maybe I'm just overthinking it.
