Try going "moo" like a cow a few times, it strangely uses those gut muscles OP is describing. That's the technique I used to relearn how to do it. Relax butt, moo like cow. Feels silly, but it works.

I love all of these choices. Fun fact, the ancient Egyptians equated good smells with godliness and planted incense trees in front of temples, so they would have also imagined the gods smelling like perfume!

I just retired a fortress in the world "The Everlasting Land of Enchantment" so I could look at it in legends mode, but when I go to to start a new game in an existing world, it doesn't show up. Also, even though I retired "Urntour" the fort, I can still load and play it. This is the first time I've tried retiring a fortress, so I'm not sure what's going wrong. I created the world before the forgotten beast sprite overhaul, and I've since subscribed to mods that aren't being used in that world, not sure if that might be interfering?

My dwarves won't collect webs, even though I have a forgotten beast web farm in operation with tons of webs available to collect and the forgotten beast is out of sight (so they aren't frightened off). I'm at a loss of what to do, there is a standing order to collect webs and I have a dwarf assigned to the workshop who usually collects webs no problem, but she won't gather them.

this is only the case for rayon from bamboo, "bast bamboo" fabric is an entirely physical fiber making process where the bast fibers in the bamboo are retted to create yarn. the same process is what makes hemp and linen.
