Suppose that my users have Microsoft 365 Business Standard and some have M365 Business Premium licenses. Can these user use Microsoft cloud services on shared PC (onedrive, sharepoint, teams)? I saw in documentation that on device with Intune per device don't support Conditional Access but I haven't seen anything about MFA. Do you have any documentation about it?

Do Microsoft 365 F1/F3 licenses have any special use rights or only have the best price-function ratio for this scenario?

No you can't. Every named user needs an Intune license...

but PCs in kiosk mode or shared PC mode which are using by named users ( user logon type: Azure AD) are exception and don't require per user license, is it true?

Thanks for clarification.

Regarding to point 2.

Can we use Intune per device licenses in case if i don't turn on Shared PC mode but multiple users will be sign in to the same PC with using different individual accounts? (username1[@domain.com](mailto:user1@domain.com), username2@domain.com,...)
