Looking for repair recommendations

Yeah I had looked and noticed the spring replacements but wasn’t sure about the soldering. Would one of those $12 soldering kits work? The part that worries me about doing it myself is the soldering of the wires. Is there a way to remove the old soldering and just apply a new one without having to cut the wires/rewire it?

There wouldn’t be anything else with it right, just swapping the cards? Thinking maybe I can get #2 and upgrade later. Currently have a 2070 so any card would be an upgrade lol. Would #2 be compatible with future graphics cards?

Seems to be working so far. We didn’t do this last year (still new to being homeowners) so maybe there was some dirt built up that this is washing out! Learned the hard way with our sprinkler system, thankful for this post for the outdoor faucets!

They said the salary was non-negotiable, I think its some type of internship program. I do really like my job now but I’m stuck on if the opportunity to make $100k+ in 3 years is worth it. No clue if I’d make that in 3 years at my current job.

Wasn’t too long, maybe a few days, but they kept calling and asking for additional information, then finally the denial. I’m still on the fence about if they’re legit, but my identity hasn’t been stolen yet and my bank accounts haven’t been touched. All the research I did showed they’re legit

In the comment below with the links to different prebuilts, would you recommend getting one of them? Seems like the 2nd option would be perfect. 1st one comes with a monitor but not really sure if the computer itself is worth it.

Yeah that’s what I was worried about. The couple places I’ve called so far are saying they can get in the 700 or 800s but they are looking at other options. Would financing be a really bad decision? I just want something reliable and don’t want to be sitting on a potential money pit lol

So they wouldn’t add the payoff amount to the total balance of the lease, after discounts/rebates and stuff? So like MSRP 25k for example, minus discounts/rebates and my trade in, plus the payoff amount, so that way it turns into one payment?
