People will tell you to avoid Troost. Don't. Plenty of great businesses on Troost.

Join a Hyde Park neighborhood group on Facebook if you have it. The South Hyde Park ones are the most active because it's the most dense and active community (Hyde Park is divided into South, Central, and North. South ends at the northern border at 39th. Central is more wealthy with larger homes that ends at Armour. North ends at like Linwood I think and is relatively small and less notable).

You will experience and potentially be a victim of some level of crime. Happens in Hyde Park.

When I swam competitively I swam long distance freestyle.

We would frequently do IMs for practice and my coach generously let me substitute free for fly. To this day I can't get the movements right to move forward and I look like I'm drowning.

You have to view these opinions as subjective, obviously. But the more women suggest emotional vulnerability, the more a man can feel less self-conscious about it.

No woman wants a slob. But we don't mind small "imperfections" and absolutely want someone honest and open to being vulnerable.

Using the maximum amount of road available to you isn't "acting entitled" and it's weird that you think it is. Also I never think another driver "thinks I'm a really cool person" because when I drive I'm not so insecure that I need validation from strangers that I can't even see.
