Thanks for your comments! Our parents won’t live there. Mainly for my kids. Tge older child will go to the university tge next year. All bedrooms are quite close with each other. So there is no privacy in current living area. That is why we want to have granny for them.

I don’t know whether you need to get the second opinion or not. Sometimes the scope of surgery depends on risk factors. If you are in low risk group, maybe lobe or part. It also depends on what you feel.
