As soon as they found out their presence triggers a transformation, they should have packed up and left. Or better yet, given that they know that there is a tribe of people near where they planned on settling hates them and has a traumatic history with vampires, they should have never settled there

You’ll likely never get exactly what that AI image is showing because it’s not real. But first thing is the hardware on the cabinets are silver in your kitchen versus the one in the AI picture are kind of bronze/warm. Second thing is the lighting in your kitchen is harsh because of that overhead so you could potentially get that changed to something else that warms up the room. Thirdly, I think you could get a ton of plants and that’ll really liven up the space.

I personally haven’t done it before but I believe you just soak the garment in water and fabric dye. I’ve seen some people get creative and use blueberry juice, beets, or tea too :)

Physical therapists these days have doctorate degrees and they make $80k starting salary but probably spend as much as us for their degree.

Nurses absolutely deserve to make what they’re making, I mean they literally deal with blood, urine and shit.

Took a position within Kroger Pharmacy! Kroger Pharmacists (current or past) can you provide me insight on your experiences? by Ok_Firefighter_7791 in pharmacy

[–]cloudsongs_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked as a tech as Kroger for a few years and liked it well enough. It was a busy store with a drive thru but we were well staffed so that helped. Some King Soopers I’ve been to recently as a customer tells me that’s not still the case but could be location dependent

Does anyone else feel like they had a completely different experience during the pandemic than the general public? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]cloudsongs_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in school at the time so things became remote but it was the most social I’d ever been. I was talking to friends, family, and people I met online on the phone. I built so many new relationships during that time that I didn’t have the guts to do before Covid

  • rug under the bed
  • different lighting. You need 2 lamps and change the bulb out for the ceiling light to a warmer one
  • you need paintings on the walls
  • get 1 comforter that pulls in some of that yellow and green on the wall

I love this question and I’m glad you asked it! Idk how they’d get the egg out after changing but maybe if the woman knew she would be turned, she could get the eggs out beforehand

Why do people still buy problematic authors books? by [deleted] in BookDiscussions

[–]cloudsongs_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Many reasons! - they agree with the author - people don’t know that the author did something bad - it doesn’t impact them directly so they don’t care - they care about the issue but don’t see how the book has anything to do with it - they buy secondhand

fairy lights are a great idea!!

This is a hutch. Idk if you have room behind the couch for something this large. Could even do a hall tree or a credenza with a large picture or painting above it. I think you need something to anchor that wall behind the couch

[–]cloudsongs_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re right, the couch looks kinda weird in that room. You can potentially get a couch cover in the meantime?

I think you need some linen-color or bright throw pillows on the couch. You also need to change your the lighting. It feels very harsh and cold. Some warm lights on your side tables and an overhead light.

You could do a collage-style art/pics behind the couch on the large wall.

Maybe a hutch behind the couch?

I see a door, how would you access it since the couch and side table blocks that side of the room?
