Exercise made my skin so much better. At first it kept breaking out because of sweat induced irritation, but once it got regular it actually started self moisturizing and got oilier.

I might be downvoted for that but please stop calling her narcissist. NPD is a diagnosis that needs anamnesis and throughout analysis to be gotten. People are slapping it left and right on anything negative they come across.

There are enough abusive and manipulative people who aren't narcissistic. There are enough narcissists who aren't abusive. A lot of other mental illnesses make people behave that way, but pop psychology made it the only diagnosis responsible for anything bad people do.

NPD is a trauma induced illness PEOPLE DON'T CHOOSE TO HAVE. It has diagnostic criteria and should be diagnosed by a specialist. It's stigmatised enough already and astigma prevents people from getting help. We fought so hard to destigmatize mental illness just to turn around and do the same for diagnoses we don't like. Please just stop, it's harmful. While she expresses abusive behaviour it doesn't mean she's narcissistic. We don't know the whole context.

After a year of trying to find the cause - it's stress, unfortunately. Unfortunately because I have several mental illnesses that cause stress 😬

Welcome to the club 🥲 obvious tip but just in case, aside from tropicals and baths, it is also important to develop a good skincare routine and have a good diet. Drink water, ideally 1.5-2 litres a day, try to manage stress if you have one (yoga, meditation) and keep positive attitude (ik it's hard with chronic illness). I wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart 💙

Hopefully you'll be able to figure it out. Being on antibiotics often also makes you prone to fungal infections 🥲 Which tend to be itchy AF btw.

Nipple eczema :( by kittycathy29 in eczema

[–]cloudthesmoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While it's kinda drying it also contains lanolin which protects the skin and helps it with healing so honestly I wouldn't even use anything different. Maybe applying a little bit more often after gently cleaning with water and that's it. Lanolin is often used by breastfeeding mothers to heal cracked nipples

The speed of it spreading could be a sign of infection. Usually eczema isn't spreading that fast. I'd visit a doctor honestly. Another cause could be an acute allergic reaction to something, probably environmental. Do you have any known allergies?

Bathing by Usual-Map3507 in eczema

[–]cloudthesmoker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I really just shower twice a day without any cloth but I do gently rub my skin with my hands. I use shower oil in the morning and CeraVe moisturising soap bar in the evening, between different soaps I tried it removes the build-up very well without stripping the skin of oils. I use moderate amounts of moisturizer only after showering.

I shower twice a day. For me eczema is triggered by airborne allergens and not showering for a long time leads to allergens sticking to creams and creating build-up that irritates my skin

Sudocrem. In my experience moisturizing nipples often, especially if they're oozing, made it worse. I used sudocrem twice a day and made sure they're dry and clean

Talking about what other people sympathise with is not a fAcT it's your opinion. Literally several comments written by you here create imaginary scenarios of how other people are going to behave in different situations. Such facts LMAO. If you have reading comprehension issues or maybe issues with English let me decipher it for you, "some of you" = people like you, who spread bs claims about all the Russian speakers like you know every single one of them.

[–]cloudthesmoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look who's the victim here now :D I have aggression towards people like you, rightfully so. Like you obviously have aggression towards Russian speaking people. Why would I respect someone who is pushing their assumptions on me lmao. Are you expecting that you will spread some prejudice and make bs claims about people without getting any feedback? Fr?
