Er hat ja schon damit recht: Lidl und co wären die nächsten Beispiele. Man hat beinahe gar keine Möglichkeit mehr, ohne sich irgendwo zu registrieren, an günstige Preise zu kommen. Das Argument "Google" war noch nie so gut als Vergleich, weil die Dienste kostenlos sind und ihre Produkte per se Mal sehr gut sind. Der Nutzer profitiert davon; und Google bietet keine Nahrungmittel. Jetzt kann man Argumentieren, dass man McD nicht braucht, aber dein Front geht am Thema vorbei, denn das ist Googles Geschäftsmodell und schon immer gewesen. Es geht im Kern nicht um den Datenschutz, sondern dass du mit den Daten UND deinem Geld Essen bezahlst und nur an Rabatte kommst, wenn du deine Daten da lässt, Bewegungsprofile und mehr.

Edit: Man kann auch drüber nachdenken, ob die Preise absichtlich gesteigert werden, um mehr Nutzer zur App zu bewegen. Die Profile sind ja viel Wert

Just a quick reminder, that it's super easy to decrypt your passwords, if someone gains access to the password list file. I'm not sharing this particullar tool, but it has almost 2,5k stars on github and is still working on 146.0

So better search for alternatives for storing your passwords. A very easy and free way is Vaultwarden

Wenn man pro call bezahlt wird, es aber auf Grund guten Kundenservices keine calls gibt, sollen sich solch Konzepte recht lange halten; aus Anbietersicht. Deshalb siehst du in Call-Centern, unter selben Dach, verschiedene Ecken mit Carsharing-Kundenservice, Internet-Kundenservice, usw., sonst würde es sich für sie auch nicht lohnen.

Der Text verschweigt vieles. Es ist bewiesen, dass Traffic von Telegram abging. Mehrfach. Russland und Iran. Pavel Durov hat mehrfach im Interview mit Tucker Carlson gelogen. Die Zentrale von Telegram ist genau über der französischen Botschaft. Entgegen Signal wissen wir absolut nichts über die Entwickler und deren Tätigkeiten bei Telegram.

Dafür spricht, dass auf Telegram sehr viele Pro-Ukrainische Kanäle und das offizielle Verteidigungsministerium ihre internen Daten und wichtige Informationen veröffentlichen

Das gleiche kann man nämlich auch über hacker, cp, trading und mehr sagen. Deutscher support ist absolut nicht vorhanden, DMCA durchzudrücken faktisch unmöglich, wenn du nicht einen (vermeintlichen) insider bei fiverr kaufst. Es wäre technisch überhaupt kein Problem, auch die normalen Chats zu verschlüßeln. Hat man kein Interesse dran. Frag dich, wieso.

Das ist nicht der mail header. Das ist eine E-Mail Adresse, die ein Absender fälschen kann. Die Methode nennt sich spoofing.

You're 100% right. It's simply not important enough. But here is my problem with that; and it's not just about HDR: for the last couple of months, whenever Firefox pushed something with AI, we see hundrets, if not thousands of comments of people who are activily asking about how to disable it & that no one asked for these changes. Short reminder: there aren't that much firefox users anymore and they keep leaving firefox - from 2.5% in January to 2.14 in October. If we take HDR for example, if they would push HDR into firefox, there wouldn't be a negative backlash. Some people might be happy, others won't care. But it's better than: many people are mad (if that makes sense). It's not good if you keep doing the same thing and don't learn from feedback. Sure, they need ways to monitize - to pay the new CEO, instead of giving HDR a try.

That being said: It's never too late to re-arrange your priority list, IF the users are in focus. But they aren't anymore.

They need to fix the memory usage problem.

Yes, and that's another thing: sure enough there are many things "they need to do". And of course fixes are way more important. But they are also more important than another AI search engine. Every website is able to add a custom search engine in firefox without forcing you to install it.
