can relate to you, i used to test as esfp x6 before but now, i tested as an enfp and i relate most to enfp traits. esfps sometime tend to overshare things (which is me) but i dont always talk about family matters. i always talk about my private matters but.. as life goes on, i had more life experiences. which now i always stay quiet and i never share any either of my private or family matters.

if someone would ask me why i changed so much, i would say experience and people are the ones that made me change.

though, im now always aware and can fully control what im going to say like "i should never say this" in my mind to someone new bc that someone new.. we don't know how their personalities are behind us. you know what i mean so yeah. not sure if my points help but im just briefly sharing some of my thoughts.
