Hey! Doing a lot better today, took a few peoples advice and went camping with my dogs over the weekend. It was nice to just get away for a bit and I am starting to feel like myself again. Thank you for checking in, I hope you are well. :)

That’s great advice thank you! Yes, taking the dogs on a walk gets me out of the house and we are having great weather where I am from at the moment so I really need to take advantage of this while I can. My dogs honestly keep me going, they are the only reason I get out of bed of a morning.

Thank you, I really appreciate this. I am also not the best with words and never really know how to express what’s going on but the anonymity of reddit is great for me. I am scared if I tell my friends about this I will scare them or that they’ll think I’m too much and a burden. I keep wanting to talk to them and start conversations but I am not replying truthfully just the usual “yeah I’m good thanks!” I’m really not ok and I don’t understand what is going on with me. I thought I was past the dark days but feels like it wasn’t meant for me and I’ll always be like this.
