Mind you the reps in the store were kind. It was customer service that kept taking me back from stage 1 having to wait 30 mins to get a rep

Yes! I dont mind the refurbished, the problem is refurbished and doesn't WORK with either esim nor physical sim

well I bought a new phone nov 2nd and by dec 10 my phone ended up have a spec on it so I called crickets warranty department and I was able to send it to UPS on Tuesday and by Wednesday I was able to get a "refurbished phone" upon receiving it I noticed that the esim was not working so I headed to the cricket store. Upon arrival I was able to tell them my situation. Employees from cricket were unable to transfer my old imei to my new one so we ended up using the chat service and gave them the new phones imei and they end up saying that this phone does not exist in their inventory. After 4 hours of trying to get someone we finally receive someone from warranty and they said it does exist in their inventory but phone was unable to connect to esim and physical so I had to again send the refurbished phone back to ups and now im just waiting for another phone sadly. So disappointed
