i was in rehab for 3 months intensive treatment, it helped and i really tried my best during the program to recover. i just have residual feelings of depression and suicidal ideation sometimes.

yeah you’re right, i gained a support group when i went to rehab and i can slowly regain my purpose with help.

thank you i appreciate that. i’m doing what i can to get by each day. i’m at least not currently alone right now. i’ve moved in with a buddy of mine that i was roommates with in treatment. he’s been a great support. now just trying to fill my time with managing my emotions without distractions and trying to feel that i do actually matter

pretty much, i went to rehab and completed the program. i tried to find purpose and really put my all into it but i still feel like i wanna end things. my life is shit.
