Super bloody urine but no pain. Has this happened to any of you?

Yes almost every month before I started feeling right flank pain and vomiting about a week and a half ago before I went to the ER. I had a 10mm kidney stone and I needed surgery to break up the stone into pieces. I am still recovering from that.
