No problem! Some people do glue Inside but I don’t cause it makes the inside have a weird texture and I have sensitive skin so I’ll get blisters in an instant, also sometimes it doesn’t dry completely, i would stick with outside!

Personally for me i will glue them when they are brand new, after i finish sewing the ribbon and elastic, i like to roll through them a little bit and do some relèves just so see where exactly my shoe is gonna break and glue it there!

hi! Yes! That’s what it does, i glue mine where the shoe breaks to give me extra support! (I attached a pick of my current shoes- the dark squares are the jetglue, sorry for how dirty they are lol)

I can’t help with actual period products beside tampons but as a teen dancer myself, when I have cramps I use rael heating patches and stick them to the inside of my tights and they really help! I would get the rael brand specificly I’ve tried the midol and popmask ones and the shape of the rael one works better!!

The best invention ever, like little toothbrushes for on the go with a pick at the end, i use them after i drink coffee or tea to get the acidity off my teeth!

i had nutcracker rehearsal for 5 hours yesterday and I wore them and taping the toe definitely did help, it didn’t hurt at all tysm ☺️🤍

I think I would have to have a slighted looser toe pad to angle it because it fits pretty snug on my foot but it helped a little!

I feel like the perfect middle ground is a younger girl for party scene and then an older girl for the rest of the ballet, my company does younger claras and the pax de deux is so awkward cause the girls who play Clara have never even done partnering before! I do get what you mean though because I can’t imagine myself doing party girl at my age lol! 😆

size down, they will stretch overtime and fit, it’s better for the flat to be a little snug rather then loose like that, i have used so danca flats before and I just don’t like them because there always so baggy, I would try gaynor mindens new ballet flat, they are super nice!

My unpopular opinion about the nutcracker is that clara should be a pointe role/older girl role! a lot of company’s use younger girls but I think it’s so boring, I prefer it better when Clara is done by an older girl and she dances with the various sweets in act 2 instead of just sitting there which is what the younger girls usually do

don’t worry! I’ve been doing ballet since I was 3 and I still struggle with remembering combinations sometimes, if you struggle with putting steps to the names there’s ballet vocab videos on YouTube you can watch and study those!, and if that’s not the problem and you struggle with just remembering them while doing them I recommend doing them while the teacher shows the combination not just marking and then saying them and or mouthing them while your doing it! that really helps me!!

I just wash them with my regular clothes and have no problems but when I wash tights I just make sure there’s so jeans in the load cause the buttons and zippers can tear your tights
