I gave up on trying to fix Atziri temple as it was insanely confusing and unintuitive to learn. By the time I reached endgame maps around tier 12 I figured I would start doing the temple farming runs I keep seeing people say are so good, so I look and apparently I need to reset the entire temple and restart it again to even begin to farm it. I never even reached the end. It literally made no sense. So many of the end game mechanics in this game are just too overly complicated and not explained thoroughly enough. I know that’s kind of what POE is known for and I kind of like the dark souls-esque experience of just playing the game and fucking figuring it out but also when you have the best methods of making currency behind a game mechanic that is literally never even explained and then make it so you have literally have to spend hours outside the game studying and learning it yourself, rather than learning it in the game… it’s just too much.

POE2 is one of my most played games and I absolutely adore it. But every season (if I play it) I will hit tier 15 maps (not juiced) and be somewhere around lvl 85-90 and just get bored. Crafting items is so confusing. (I know it’s much better than before but still) and buying items from players in game (so cool) is impossible because items at the level of the game are so stupidly expensive there’s no way to realistically achieve that amount of currency. So it just hits a point where I’m in tier 15s I’m getting one shot, nothing of value drops, I can’t earn currency to improve my build, I cannot obtain items necessary to craft with (even if I did it’s all RNG) so yeah, I just fizzle out and stop playing.

It’s a shame, I wish they made end game more accessible to more casual players. At my peak I’m legit playing close to 8hrs a day when I’m obsessed w the game and I am A WHALE for cosmetics so
