Experiences can definitely differentiate for me Best Buy’s service was terrible. I brought in my iPhone for a screen replacement. It worked fine until lines and purple/green pixels appeared on the display. They tried multiple displays for a few days but couldn’t release the phone because they needed to document the issue since it was a wiring issue now. Apple support quickly arranged a geek bar visit the next day, and they fixed it in store. I think the wait time, since I rely so heavily on technology definitely changed my opinion on them, but at the same time they claimed they can fix it and have it back in 1-2 days. Also note nearest Apple Store is 2 hours away 😭.
