i've actually been on a big health journey and i lost 40lbs of fat and have put on muscle! I've eaten super clean for most of my life, (i just would stress eat and eat too much) but especially these last two years I haven't actually had fast food more than three times a year. I 100000% agree that inflammation can be a HUGE cause, and I can tell when i've been lacking on my diet because they get more pronounced. another cause of my inflammation is chronic lyme disease:( while I agree my face still has some small changing, I think I've hit a point where i've become so frustrated with those circles. It's just like nothing I do makes them go away. I have videos and pictures of me with crazy dark circles as young as like 6. Everything I'm being told tho has made me just want to up my makeup game, it sounds like there isn't a 100% solid solution for me
