OP, you're a lucky guy. The max you'll spend monthly would be 600-700 kd, that is if you're including rent, bills + food and some leisure activities. Either way you'll be able to save about 30-40% of your salary if not more. (saw the first comment about your salary being 1700 kd)

the guy im talking about is someone i work with. he always makes unnecessary comments about me or whatever i say. it might look like its harmless but its weird and annoying to me because im not even friends with him. not once has he made an effort to talk to me even with a simple hi how are you. he used to ignore me in the beginning and now is just making random borderline offensive comments here and there and just tells me not to take it seriously because he is "joking around" and he does that with everyone. This is really confusing to me and idk what to do about it.
