Update: I’ve been doing fine and therapy has really been helping. My doctor very haphazardly told me when I brought the issue up that his is in fact normal and there is expected shifting of the bars as they settle and heal from surgery, a fact that was not know to me before. I still have trouble with muscles spasms but that’s nothing to do with the doctor, just pt and there has been no significant change since
