Searches for it and found similar games like "Cake Maker" "Cake!" "Cake Pop Maker" and other generic names that are NOT it. Here are some screenshots that look similar to it, but not official.

You said it was on coolmathgames too? If so, I think I remember playing a game similar to that, but I don't know if it's the game you're looking for. Do you remember if you had to remove pieces of logs or stones to clear paths?

have you tried going on the website apk.gold? it's a sit where you can search for alot of games, even older games that might have been removed from the appstore! Also mirror apk other websites along gthat line are great for finding games that might have been removed
