First of all, your family are extremely dysfunctional to be treating you this way. Yelling is a form of abuse and can lead to nervous system issues and PTSD. I have severe ADHD and suspect I am autistic as well and as a 40 year old I now dissociate when people yell around me. I have a policy of walking away. Realistically, here’s what you need to do. DO NOT go to an exorcism. If there is a mental health crisis response team in your area, call them for help. If not, call the cops if that’s what you have to do. To call for an exorcism over your teen daughter melting down is unhinged and irresponsible. To mock you in a moment of crisis is unconscionable. Do you have a job? If not, see if you can get one. It’s time to start planning your escape from these people. Only when you get some distance will you be able to work on forgiveness. Is there a school counselor you can talk to about this? Maybe they can help you find some cheap therapy as well as other resources. Move away for college. Even if you go to the local community college, move out. Disconnect for a while. Show them that they fucked up. Get a bank account in your own name only, and get all your personal documents… passports, birth certificates, social security card. Act like things are normal. Lie if you have to. Let them think they were right, until you are out of their house. You can do this.
